I’m Lisa — mom of four, dog lover, and proud Bay Area local who finally decided to take the leap into business ownership. My background is in medical device research and project management (yes, very serious and precise work) — but now I get to channel that same attention to detail into something a little closer to home: keeping spaces clean, calm, and inviting.
Here’s the thing — I know what it’s like to walk into a messy kitchen after a long day and feel completely overwhelmed. I also know the joy of walking into a freshly cleaned space where everything just feels…relaxing. For over 20 years, I’ve had the same amazing cleaner in my own home, and honestly, it’s been life-changing for me as a mom. That’s the gift I want to bring to others through our business.
I’m genuinely excited to run a community-based business because it’s about more than cleaning — it’s about making people’s lives easier, calmer, and a little happier. Sure, cleaning might sound simple, but when it’s done right, it’s priceless.
At the end of the day, this isn’t just about spotless counters or shiny floors — it’s about giving people back time, energy, and peace of mind. That’s why I love what we do, and why I’m so excited to share it with our neighbors right here in the community we call home.

Office Manager
Araceli has been part of the Maid Brigade family for over 15 years. She first joined us in the field as a professional cleaner, where her strong work ethic and dedication quickly set her apart. Over time, she learned every aspect of the business and sought to take on ever increasing responsibilities. Today she proudly serves as our Office Manager.
Warm, friendly, and customer-focused, Araceli is the heart of our day-to-day operations. She balances her approachable nature with a determination to get things done right, making sure both our customers and our teams feel supported.
A proud Bay Area resident, Araceli enjoys spending time with her kids and grandkids, and she loves being part of the vibrant local community. Her journey from the field to leadership is a reflection of her passion, commitment, and the care she brings to every interaction.

Our cleaning professionals are the heart of Maid Brigade. Each member of our team is fully trained, licensed, bonded, and insured — giving you peace of mind along with a sparkling clean home. We love our teams and they love us!
